Product Lead overseeing Media programs from qualification through mass production and end-of-life. Primary interface between internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver on-time product launches and production ramp readiness. 2. Leads new and iteration program qualifications, ensuring critical product parameters, specifications, and documentation are fully defined to support smooth qualification builds and volume ramps. Applies data-driven KPIV/KPOV analysis to improve process control, yield, and product margin. 3. Manages programs, including engineering sample logistics, shipment execution, head/media pairing, and supply planning to achieve optimal HDD yield.
