Full Job Description
**Title:** Program Lead KBR’s Mission Engineering Division delivers complex technical solutions and expert support to the U.S. Department of War, specializing in modeling and simulation, cyber transformation, air vehicle mission integration, and lifecycle support. With a strong ethical framework, KBR prioritizes data security, privacy, and responsible information management to ensure mission success. **** The **Program IPT Lead (Install)** supports the **CUxS installation Integrated Product Team (IPT)** , leading execution of system installation, site integration, and fielding activities. This includes oversight of installation engineering, site design, system configuration, and coordination across engineering, logistics, testing, and operational stakeholders to ensure systems are successfully integrated into real-world environments. Acting as a surrogate program manager, the IPT Lead is responsible for cost, schedule, and performance within the installation workstream—driving execution, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with program priorities. This role enables program leadership to delegate complex installation and integration efforts while maintaining visibility into progress, dependencies, and site-specific challenges. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Lead an integrated product team responsible for defined scope, deliverables, and execution outcomes. * Manage cost, schedule, and performance in alignment with program plans, POA&Ms, and work breakdown structures. * Coordinate activities across engineering, logistics, testing, training, and operational stakeholders. * Monitor execution progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies as required. * Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to program leadership. * Track and report action items resulting from meetings, r
