What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active/Current Top Secret clearance, U. S. citizenship required, Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related discipline & 3+ years of experience, OR Associate’s degree & 7+ years of experience
Nice to Have
Experience leading IPTs or cross‑functional teams, Program management or execution oversight experience, Familiarity with managing cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs
What You'll Do.
Lead an integrated product team responsible for defined scope

Coordinate activities across engineering
and operational stakeholders
Monitor execution progress
identify risks or issues
and implement mitigation strategies as required
Provide regular status updates
and recommendations to program leadership
Track and report action items resulting from meetings
and execution activities
Support disciplined execution under the oLSI model while enabling rapid response to changing priorities
How You'll Work.

Coordinate activities across engineering, logistics, testing, training, and operational stakeholders; Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to program leadership
Communication Scope
Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to program leadership; Track and report action items resulting from meetings, reviews, and execution activities
Process & Methodology
Manage cost, schedule, and performance, Program management or execution oversight experience, Familiarity with managing cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs, Disciplined execution
