Program Financial Acquisition Analyst **The Opportunity:** This role has the opportunity to work side by side with your federal government client on an as needed basis. The role will include the routine analysis, assessment, and buildout, of Navy program finance in support of the clients quarterly and fiscal year requirements. We need a financial analyst who can quickly adapt and learn to navigate the client’s requirements, policies, and regulations, that strictly govern the funding requirements of countless Department of the Navy (DoN) yearly budgets, specifically within Supply, Support, and Acquisition. This role presents a candidate with the opportunity to continue to develop their financial management skillset within the federal government accounting sphere, specifically, within the DoN. This role requires an understanding of Navy financial planning, obligation and expenditure tracking, and financial drills associated with meeting benchmarks, NAVSEA enterprise planning system, an understanding of various contract types, and working with the BFM for timely execution of funds. This role is located in Washington, D.C. Join us. The world can't wait. **You Have:** * 3+ years of experience delivering financial analysis and management * Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook * Ability to create reports that reflect financial planning and execution * Ability to identify financial risks early and collaborate across technical teams to develop solutions * Ability to communicate financial insights effectively * Secret clearance * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting **Nice If You Have:** * Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command or Program Management Office * Experience with Navy financial systems such as the Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), NAVSEA Enterprise Digital Capabilities (EDC), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), or NAVSEA Computer Optimized Batch Reco
