What You'll Achieve.
Ensure program meets all outcomes and deliverables 100% of the time as outlined by the program contracts, BCFS HHS logic models, and program requirements; Ensures program and agency reports are submitted 100% on time as proposed in the contract; Ensure program budgets are on track with contract and agency approves spending for staff, and ensures appropriate documentation is submitted in a timely manner and as established by the agency; Conduct and document monthly quality assurance tasks including case file audits, in person reviews/shadowing, auditing Salesforce database, and client satisfaction phone calls to ensure compliance with contract requirements; Report reviews to Regional Director monthly and immediately develops action plans for compliance concerns and problems; Monitor Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure compliance with data collection

Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics; Make independent decisions on client needs and steps to further support the crisis
Travel as needed, Respond to after-hours crisis calls, Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of leadership and management experience developing and supervising teams, 5 or more years’ experience working with at-risk youth and families, Maintain certificates required for the position including but not limited to First Aid and CPR, Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation, Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens, Provide proof or work eligibility status upon request, Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background and motor vehicle check (fingerprints needed if applicant has lived out of state within the past 5 years)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in business administration, human services field, counseling, or other related field, Counseling/therapy knowledge is a plus
What You'll Do.
Supervise staff to ensure quality service are provided to clients

Oversee Lead Clinician and clinical services
Ensure all hired staff have required education
Manage staff performance
Provide corrective action

Assist leadership in maintaining an internal policy and procedural manual
Ensure all staff are trained in program data collection and input all required information into the Salesforce database
Respond to after-hours crisis calls
Make independent decisions on client needs and steps to further support the crisis
Follow chain of command to report and confirm next steps

Work with other organizations in the community to foster collaborations for outreach opportunities; Build and maintain community partnerships; Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team; Open and ongoing communication with the BCHS HHS Regional Director and the management team; Follow all communication protocols when an incident occurs; Complete significant incident reporting immediately following the stabilization of an incident; Weekly and monthly consultation with assigned staff; Completes monthly all staff meetings to assess the need of the team, implement training opportunities, review policies and procedures, and to review and staff cases
