5-7+ years of experience in a PMO organization and delivery management, Local to Chicago office, must be in office 3-4x a week, Clients are on-site, Experience with Always-on Social: managing strategy, social concepting and production timelines and communications, Experience with Commerce Workstreams: managing strategy, creative concepting and production timelines and communications, Experience with Agile Ways of Working + PI Planning

Nice to Have

Ideally within an agency setting, Social and commerce program delivery experience, Background in CPG brands and omnichannel programs, Experience working with integrated agency teams and external partner agencies, Experience with Workfront or Proof HQ is a plus, Interest in AI and how to leverage it as a delivery tool

What You'll Do.

Oversee end to end social and commerce program delivery

Manage delivery of social channel content

Manage commerce marketing programs across various retailers

Provide ongoing client satisfaction

Oversee the development of integrated project and program deliverables

Handle concurrent workstreams for multiple retailers

Establish and maintain project and program communications

Oversee project estimations

Oversee staffing recommendations

Implement new processes across large workstreams

Ensure calendars and deployment schedules are maintained

Leverage AI where possible to optimize delivery and efficiency

Responsible for project profitability

and approve project expenses

Partner with the finance team to develop a consistent profitability and utilization view

Manage resource allocation on an ongoing

Monitor project burn rates

Drive projects forward from point A to point B

Ensure excellent and timely delivery
