What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience, Minimum of 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience, Demonstrated experience managing programs or tasks with annual revenues up to $10M+, Proven success leading large, multidisciplinary teams deploying enterprise technology solutions, Experience evaluating emerging technologies and partnering with major industry vendors, Interpreting and supporting complex contract requirements, Shaping future requirements with customers, Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, Demonstrated business development capability, Proposal development and solution shaping, Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage military officials, senior leaders, and diverse teams, Deep knowledge of regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, Highly proficient in executive-level briefing, Customer engagement and senior-stakeholder communication, Familiarity with DISA operational environments, missions, and requirements, Expert understanding of DISA business processes and operational frameworks, Broad professional knowledge of industry, US Citizenship Required, Secret clearance must currently possess, Top Secret clearance must be able to obtain

Our work depends on the Program Director joining our team to support this mission critical collaboration across the expanse of the DoW community.
