About the Opportunity Lead the strategic delivery of the Nathan Space Revitalisation Program as the University’s senior accountable officer. Reporting to the Director, Campus Life, this role drives the execution of the University’s space strategy, ensuring strong governance, clear accountability, and a people-focused approach. You will oversee space rationalisation, refurbishment and consolidation initiatives to deliver improved staff and student experiences, operational sustainability, and long term value. The role requires enterprise leadership, balancing complex stakeholder needs, program risk, financial oversight, and organisational readiness during a significant period of campus transformation. Key Responsibilities * Lead the Nathan Space Revitalisation Program, aligning delivery with the University’s space strategy, master plans and Executive direction. * Drive development of a similar portfolio of initiatives across all campuses to modernise facilities, optimise space and support long-term sustainability. * Translate strategy into a clear, deliverable program roadmap, including sequencing, milestones and operational impacts. * Oversee program planning, coordination and delivery to achieve campus modernisation, space optimisation and improved staff and student experiences. * Establish strong governance, ensuring effective management of performance, risks, issues and decision-making. * Provide strategic advice and reporting to senior stakeholders to support in
