What You'll Do.

Manage multiple ES engagement workstreams

Develop and implement plans to address risks

Drive problem resolution through swift escalation

Identify discrepancies between actual progress

and lead Engagement Managers

support and provide thought leadership

Lead the delivery team throughout the engagement

Manage the engagement governance

Collaborate with Sales Account Team

Understand the business objectives

Act as a thought leader

Accountable for communication

mentor and manage Customer Outcomes

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Support Business Development efforts

Manage the largest and most complex programs
