Must Have

Bachelor's degree or demonstrated experience in your area of expertise coupled with business acumen, 15+ years of relevant technical experience, 5 years of successful technical leadership and project management experience with key municipal and provincial clients, Demonstrated ability and experience in training, mentoring, motivating, leading, and supervising a team of highly qualified professional staff, Excellent written and oral communications skills, Applied knowledge of published standards and guidelines from provincial and municipal governments and associations, Excellent understanding of relevant road and highway engineering complexities and stakeholders’ requirements, Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations

What You'll Do.

Act as Project Manager and/or Team leader

grow and develop infrastructure team

motivate and provide leadership for staff

Oversee preparation of technical reports

Provide day-to-day operations

Undertake leadership roles in proposal preparation

Maintain awareness of trends and developments

Serve as representative with clients

Collaborate with Business Development

Capture leadership for key RFP pursuits

Client management of key Infrastructure clients

Work closely with municipal service line counterpart

Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies

Establish program requirements for project areas

Devise and execute action plans for cost overruns or delays
