Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study, qualifications of a intellectual disability professional, based on a bachelor’s degree in a human services field plus a minimum of one-year, full time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities, demonstrate good decision-making, time management and communication skills, and be responsible, mature, and flexible, Good communication is key in this role, reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members

Prior experience in developing and implementing participants programs, implementing budgets, and supervising employees

What You'll Do.

coordinating and managing the overall assigned program or programs (residential and/or day program) in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD)

monitoring all aspects of the program including but not limited to developing individual goals and plans

personnel management and program coordination including but not limited to assuring they complete orientation

monitor all aspects of the program including but not limited to developing individual goals and plans

implementing the program

assure coordination and management of the overall operations

financial and maintenance aspects of the programs

through guiding and directing the designee of the site

ensure the atmosphere of the overall program is therapeutic

provides optimal growth for individuals

and preserves individuals’ dignity and self worth
