What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Ability to lawfully access US export controlled technology, Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years aerospace and defense experience, Significant program and portfolio leadership experience, Proven experience leading team executing large defense programs, Understanding of defense acquisitions processes, Demonstrated success leading P&L, Demonstrated success in long-range planning, Demonstrated success in executive level engagements, Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Security Clearance

Nice to Have

Advanced degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, PMP or equivalent certification, Experience influencing capture strategies, Experience in contract negotiations, Active U.S. Security Clearance
