Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience, Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience, Professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions, 5 years of formal Leadership Experience in a People Leadership Manager Role, active U. S. Government Top Secret clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation), ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time

What You'll Do.

Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion

Coordinate the preparation of proposals

Act as primary customer contact for program activities

Establish design concepts

Develop new business or expand the product line with the customer

Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules

Identify program problems

such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications

Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical

and administrative areas

Lead a highly technical and complex Development Operating Unit (OU)

Lead the team as the senior management interface in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers within the technology domain

Lead and manage supplier technical performance

Ensure incorporation of unique program requirements into supplier SOWs

and strategy of the program

Ensure overall budgets

and performance standards are met

Responsible for successful program operations and program activities of major significance

Represent the program as a prime internal and external contact on various program matters

Direct all aspects associated with planning

and execution of the OU to satisfy the program’s key objectives

Provide planning and EVMS management to satisfy the contractual SOW

Ensure primary tasking is properly represented by the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Provide leadership of a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the SOW tasks within the program schedule and budget constraints

Lead a team to resolve technical issues within the OU

Manage suppliers to meet key deliveries within the schedule and cost requirements
