The Online Strategy Unit drives the creation and implementation of a transformative vision for online education programming through strategic leadership and oversight of the growth and expansion of the University’s online learning programs. Building on Griffith’s already well-recognised synchronous and hybrid online offerings, the Unit will develop a suite of degrees in partnership with all Academic Groups for delivery in a cutting edge, high quality, technology-enabled and student-focused learning design model. Key Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Program Delivery Officer to support the successful delivery of asynchronous programs. In this role, you will help ensure a high-quality experience for students by coordinating key elements of program delivery, including: * Providing student learning administration * Implementing student engagement strategies * Supporting student outcomes and success * Responding to learning-related enquiries * Coordinating student learning analytics and leveraging data to provide effective student support, interventions, and comprehensive reporting. You will play a critical role in supporting student retention and achievement by providing timely, expert responses to student enquiries and using learning analytics to track progress, identify risks, and engage relevant stakeholders in supporting student success.
