Must be located in metro Oregon or Washington or willing to relocate within 30 days of acceptance
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years working in a related field such as energy efficiency implementation, e-mobility, demand side management, or clean energy, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
project management and organizational skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat, Interest in transportation electrification, clean energy, or environmental equity, Passion for equitable clean energy access and an understanding of how transportation electrification intersects with environmental justice and community resilience, Comfort working with teams in a remote environment
What You'll Do.
Support Program Delivery Managers in all facets of the program
Ensure program KPIs and deliverables are completed on schedule
Create and maintain regular reports and documentation
Coordinate with internal/external program stakeholders
Ensure high quality deliverables are completed on time
Assist with invoicing
Report program financials
Review and evaluate grant applications
Perform customer and stakeholder outreach
