What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience, Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines, Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Ability to obtain and maintain a U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship is required

What You'll Do.
Operate with independence

Exercise sound judgment in financial planning
Provide thorough cost analysis
Provide thorough schedule analysis
Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads
Provide financial solutions to Program Team and Leads
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews
Prepare finance charts for monthly operating reviews
Prepare finance charts for financial overviews
Prepare finance charts for other reporting activities
Provide cost analysis/reporting
Provide schedule analysis/reporting
Provide financial analysis/reporting
Provide funding planning
Provide maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Implementation of Earned Value Management
Maintenance of Earned Value Management
Contribute to the development of Contract Data Requirement
Contribute to the delivery of Contract Data Requirement
Establish program logs
Maintain program logs
