Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Certified, Experienced user of SAP (APEX and/or PRISM), RTN PMX, or similar system, Advanced Excel skills, Operations/GSCM finance or factory/manufacturing finance experience, Ability to analyze and interpret financial information in support of business portfolio
