S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance, Ability to maintain SCI approval/access

Nice to Have

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance, Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration, Defense industry experience, Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, Program Cost Control experience, Experience with FAR/DFAR, Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera or SAP

What You'll Do.

Set up cost control system

Monitor and control costs and schedules

Support audits and reviews

Provide fact-finding and negotiation support

Perform analysis and prepare reports

Ensure contracts are within parameters

Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks

Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Develop budget baseline

Perform cost risk analysis/assessment

Develop visibility reports

Analyze estimates to complete

Maintain accurate records of expenditures

Direct preparation for expenditure projections

Submit timely requests for additional funding
