Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration, Defense industry experience, Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, Program Cost Control experience, Experience with FAR/DFAR, Experience with Costpoint, Cobra, Primavera or SAP

What You'll Do.

Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work

Assist in financial analyses

Ensure adequate funding availability

Maintain accurate records of expenditures

Direct preparation for expenditure projections

Submit timely requests for additional funding

Set up cost control system

Monitor and control costs and schedules

Support audits and reviews

Perform analysis and prepare reports

Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks

Team & Collaboration

Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management; Fact-finding and negotiation support

Communication Scope

Prepare reports; Negotiation support

Process & Methodology

Set up cost control system, Monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system, Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete
