What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum two years demonstrated project coordination experience, Minimum two years work experience coordinating projects in a museum, gallery, performance venue, residency or related environment, Working knowledge of nonprofit business operations, Working knowledge of financial administration, Working knowledge of invoicing and payment processes, Working knowledge of tax documentation, Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, Working knowledge of process coordination, Ability to work independently, Ability to work within a team, Ability to understand and maintain confidentiality, Ability to maintain discretion, Valid U. S. Driver’s License
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Performing Arts including music, theater, dance, performance art desirable, Experience with Workday, Experience with Momentus, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Proven experience and success in project coordination, Proven experience in meeting deadlines within fast-paced working environments

We explore the unfolding story of America by actively collecting, exhibiting, interpreting, and preserving outstanding works that illuminate the American heritage and artistic possibilities. Founded by Alice Walton in 2005, the museum opened in 2011 and is a public, non-profit charitable organization with free admission. The Momentary is a contemporary art space that opened to the public on February 22, 2020, in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas.
