What You'll Do.
Administer and coordinate operational processes

Coordinate implementation of student programming
Coordinate and oversee logistics for workshops

# _**Job Description**_ ## **Department:** STEM Programming ## **Pay Rate Type:** Salary ## **Employee Type:** ## Job Summary: The Program Coordinator manages and administers operational and programmatic functions for the Linde Packman Lab, a high-impact, student-centered biosciences program focused on experiential learning, internships, student engagement, and partnership development. This position is responsible for coordinating complex program activities (including coordinating the Colby Achievement Program in the Sciences and Pulver Science Scholars Program), administering operational processes, supporting student engagement initiatives, and ensuring the effective execution of courses, events, partnerships, and internship experiences. Working closely with Lab leadership, faculty, students, and external partners, the Program Coordinator exercises independent judgment in prioritizing operational needs, managing concurrent projects, resolving program related issues, and coordinating activities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
