Basic knowledge of State Highway Patrol operations and polices, Experience with programs and applications used by members assigned to the Dealer Section, e. g. STARS, SADLS, INovah, OneDrive, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Teams, Remote Deposit Capture etc, Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of public and business administration, Thorough knowledge of program objectives and standards in the area of assignment, Basic knowledge of accounting practices and procedures, Ability to initiate and install administrative programs and procedures and to evaluate their effectiveness, Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing, applying, and interpreting policies and procedures, Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency personnel, officials, and the general public, Ability to participate effectively in program planning, evaluation, and quality control methods, Ability to plan, assign, and supervise the work of subordinate positions

Process emission/safety stations out of business
Handle complex questions from citizens
Update inspection system on status of suspensions
Investigate and clear all blocks due to Registration Denial Program
Analyze targeted data from various sources
Research and interpret Federal Code
Compose and proof legal documents for stations

Works closely with supervisors on special projects; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with agency personnel; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with officials; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the general public
