Where barriers exist, we create pathways for inclusion and independence. We are looking for an organized and hands-on Program Coordinator (Lead DSP) for our Adult Day Program in Fairfield, CA. This role is a working leadership position that combines program coordination with direct support. You will be actively engaged on the floor, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, while also assisting with scheduling, documentation, staff coaching, and daily program operations. This is not a purely administrative role. The Program Coordinator plays a key part in ensuring high-quality care, modeling best practices, and stepping in to provide direct support. If you have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, strong documentation skills, and the ability to lead by example, we want to hear from you.
