The Data Center Field Engineering Team is the engineering owner for the lifecycle of AWS data centers. This includes supporting new designs/innovations through data center end-of-life, with a focus on root cause analysis of failures, capacity and availability improvement, and optimization of the existing fleet. As a Field Engineering Program Manager I, you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, both written and verbally. You will support multi-discipline engineering teams by managing administrative workflows, processes, smooth coordination of tasks that arise from investigations and solutions developed by Field Engineers.
