What You'll Do.
supporting administrative
and operational processes of the Master’s of Science programs in Environment and Sustainability Management
Environment and Health
providing admissions support to applicants
supporting academic affairs / student services to enrolled students
supporting co-curricular and faculty event and general administrative operations for the programs
serving as the primary point of contact for all students
managing and maintaining day-to-day
on-the-ground activities for a successful and vibrant program
implementing policies and procedures
evaluating initiatives designed to enhance the student experience
leading the registration auditing
auditing students’ degree progress
preparing grade reports
developing and executing program events including New Student Orientation
providing comprehensive support and resources to all students
acting as a liaison between students and university support (e.g.
Office of Financial Aid
Office of Global Studies
Academic Resource Center
Counseling and Psychiatric Service)
working closely with other academic units
participating in program review
serving as the main point of contact for students
and staff regarding the day-to-day execution of the MS-ESM and CEH programs
reporting to the Associate Director for Graduate Program Operations for day-to-day operations
working with all functional areas within JOGS
ECo and colleagues in MSB and SoH
managing student workers hired by the Programs
