Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Public Programs, Experience with implementing and managing administrative functions, program goals, policies, and procedures, Experience with development and coordination of community service projects, Experience with local and regional resource agencies and their available services, Experience with safe and effective use of landscaping equipment and tools
Nice to Have
Two (2) years of experience coordinating and administering public programs and services, CPR and First Aid certification
What You'll Do.
Implement and manage administrative functions
Develop and coordinate community services projects
Recruit and maintain resource agencies
Develop special work projects
Participate in program goal development
Ensure program goals and requirements are met
Keep data system up to date
Make personal contacts with resource agencies
Negotiate legal contracts
Investigate liability issues
Compile information and resources
Perform studies and research projects
Analyze research data
Provide assignment and direction to work crew leaders
Visit weekend projects
Maintain attendance and training standards
Compile equipment and inventory reports
Maintain inventory control
Serve as liaison with other divisions

The Program Coordinator will be developing and coordinating community services projects for justice involved individuals who are court-ordered to complete community restitution hours (which requires weekend availability).
