What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree, 8 – 12 years’ related experience in instructional design, learning and development, or training program or a Master’s degree with 6 years’ or a PhD with 3 years’ or equivalent directly related work experience, Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, Experience developing training content across multiple formats including instructor-led training, virtual learning, and eLearning, writing and content development skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials, Experience managing training development projects and coordinating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, Familiarity with learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e. g. , Articulate or similar platforms), organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, Experience working in regulated environments and supporting content approval processes (e. g. , PMRC where applicable)

What You'll Do.

Support development and maintenance of role-based curricula and learning pathways
Ensure learning content aligns with brand standards
and applicable compliance requirements
Coordinate updates and revisions to learning materials to maintain accuracy and relevance
Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs
Maintain organization and governance of training materials and learning resources
Coordinate and manage the submission of training materials through required compliance and approval processes

Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Training & Development Managers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders; Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning materials
Process & Methodology
Manage learning content projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met, Manage multiple projects simultaneously
