The growth within the portfolio has resulted in an exciting opportunity for a **Program Chief Engineer (PCE)** to join our team. This PCE will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and execution of all engineering tasks. The PCE should have the ability to drive tasks to closure on-time and within budget. **What You Will Do** • Interface with customers and execute teams (both internal and external) during definition and implementation • Work with VSL and Subject Matter Experts to ensure customer expectations are translated into an executable project plan; includes negotiating priorities to ensure your program needs are met • Lead and coordinate program level cost estimates during the bid cycle • Coordinate all technical and project execution aspects of bid and proposal activities • Manage program technical execution and maintain performance metrics for management review and continuous improvement • Manage program-level scope and change management, working closely with other CEs and VSLs to ensure alignment • Develop and manage program-level schedules as well as the integrated intermediate level s
