Availability for short-term business trips (maximum 1 week) both nationally and internationally, mainly for supplier and customer aspects during formal deliveries, Occasionally, trips may have a medium duration (however less than a month)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in Program/Product Quality Assurance or System Quality (normative management and auditing), Degree in STEM disciplines, preferably Engineering, Good knowledge of the English language – Minimum Level B1, Good knowledge of the Office package
Nice to Have
Previous knowledge of company tools SAP and Teamcenter Unified
What You'll Do.
Manage all Quality Assurance aspects of the project managed by the IPT
Ensure correct application of company processes
Verify compliance with contractual requirements and mandatory regulations
Elaborate project-specific Quality documentation
Review and approve program/product/project documentation
Participate in Verification and Validation activities (internal
Participate in production line validation activities
Manage customers and suppliers (Quality Assurance aspects)
Conduct internal and supplier auditing activities
Manage product and sub-supply non-conformities
Initiate and manage Root Cause Analysis Boards
Draft declarations of conformity
Participate in boards related to configuration management and non-conformance management
Follow internal dry runs and formal testing activities with the Customer
Support the definition of program/product specific processes in compliance with contractual requirements and their potential tailoring
Support the qualification of the Quality Management System of the Electronics Division

All’interno dell’Area di Business Electronics stiamo ricercando per la funzione Quality Customer Support & Service Solutions LoB un/una **Program Assurance Manager (PAM)** per la nostra sede di**Napoli Fusaro.** **La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:** * Gestire di tutti gli aspetti di Quality Assurance del progetto gestito dall’IPT, garantendo la corretta applicazione dei processi aziendali, verificando la conformità ai requisiti contrattuali e alle normative cogenti * Elaborare la documentazione di Qualità necessaria per il progetto specifica * Revisionare e approvare la documentazione di programma/prodotto/progetto * Partecipare ad attività di Verifica e Validazione del progetto, interne, presso i fornitori e presso i siti del Cliente * Partecipare alle attività di validazione delle linee di produzione * Gestire clienti e fornitori (relativamente agli aspetti di Quality Assurance) * Condurre attività di Auditing interne e presso i fornitori * Gestire le Non Conformità di prodotto e delle sub forniture ed attivare e gestire i necessari Root Cause Analysis Board * Redigere le dichiarazioni di conformità * Partecipare ai board relativi alle tematiche di gestione della configurazione e di gestione delle non conformità * Seguire i dry run interni e le attività di collaudo formale con il Cliente * Supportare
