With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing heath challenges. **About the Project** PATH, in partnership with Scope Impact, is advancing climate-resilient health systems through the Climate and Health Adaptation and Resilience Tool (CHART) and the Critical Health Infrastructure Protection (CHIP) initiative. CHART is a data-driven decision-support tool that enables local health systems to identify climate risks, assess vulnerabilities, and prioritize adaptation solutions, with an initial focus on maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH). Together, CHART and CHIP integrate analytics, human-centered design, and infrastructure interventions to support evidence-based planning. PATH is also supporting the state government in advancing climate and health interventions through technical assistance, capacity building, and system strengthening efforts. The project engages stakeholders in India and Kenya to co-develop and test solutions. Building Phase 1 learnings, Phase 2 will focus on developing a functional digital platform (MVP), piloting interventions, and supporting scale-up through government systems. **About the position** PATH is seeking a Program Associate for PATH’s Climate Health work in Madhya Pradesh.
