What You'll Do.
Manage complex calendars for multiple principals
Support principals with planning and time allocation
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
Act as a liaison with internal and external partners
Prioritize communications for prompt responses
Liaise with travel coordinator and transportation vendor
Support records and data management
Maintain organized system for tracking tasks
Support field visits logistics
Support teams to organize events
Support staff on-boarding and off-boarding
Perform other administrative tasks
