Must Have

10+ years of experience as an Architect with demonstrated leadership driving digital transformation in a matrixed organization, Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture including Cloud, Integration Technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS, and CDNs, Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration, Experience guiding customers and project members in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases, Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, Rapidly learn new technologies alongside presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

Nice to Have

Detailed understanding of Web Services, Data Modeling, and Enterprise Application Integration, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools) and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM), Ability to build and maintain key relationships with C-level and mid-level decision makers, Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CIO/CTO in a mid-to-large organization, leading organizational transformation in a matrixed environment, Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions, Relevant credentials: Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, and Agentforce Representative/Architect credentials, Salesforce Industries and additional Salesforce Certifications, Industry Architecture qualifications, Agile Methodology certification such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
