Must Have
Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, Proven understanding of resource management, expense and timekeeping management, and subcontractor timekeeping processes and policies., Experience supporting medium-to-large IT projects to include performance reporting and system setup., Government contracts experience and knowledge of multiple contract types., Training/education/experience in task functional knowledge of IT project management concepts and tools.
Nice to Have
SETRIS time timekeeping system preferred.
What You'll Do.

Conducts hours reconciliations across workstreams to ensure accurate time reporting and compares each reconciliation to each task order budget.
Enforces Performance Work Authorization (PWAs) with allotted hours and charge codes.
Assists with contract Labor Category (LCAT) verifications alongside task order managers and hiring managers.
Ensures hours forecasts and actuals align with workload requirements on the program.

As a Program Analyst supporting the IHS HITMOD program, you will be responsible for supporting the PMO for contract management execution support. This position to support the IHS Electronic Health Record Modernization Program known as Patients at the Heart (PATH) EHR.
