With a strong ethical framework, KBR prioritizes data security, privacy, and responsible information management to ensure mission success. **Job Summary:** The Senior Program Analyst supports U.S. Navy and Marine Corps strike and electronic attack capabilities by advising senior leadership on requirements, programming, and budget execution for the Next Generation Jammer (NGJ). In this role, you will partner closely with government Requirements Officers to ensure fleet priorities are translated into defensible requirements, coherent documentation, and executable funding strategies. You will shape high‑visibility decisions affecting EA‑18G and other carrier‑based tactical aviation platforms through rigorous analysis and executive‑level communications. This position operates in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment supporting national defense priorities. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Serve as a trusted advisor to government Requirements Officers by analyzing strike and electronic attack requirements and ensuring fleet priorities are accurately represented in approved documentation. * Develop, edit, and manage Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documentation through government review and acceptance, ensuring compliance and traceability of requirements. * Lead coordination and adjudication of stakeholder comments across Navy, Marine Corps, and joint organizations to deliver final, approval‑ready requirements products. * Analyze and advise on NGJ
