What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution, three (3) years progressively responsible experience related to the area of or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Nice to Have
Experience in the residential and/or commercial construction field, Experience in multiple aspects of construction project management for large projects with substantial budgets (such as review of blueprints, obtaining work permits, approval of work changes, ensuring worksite safety, and/or compliance with all building codes)

Verify construction and project schedules
Maintain pictorial records
