The Program Analyst- Innovation supports Innovation Planning set expectations on deliverables, timing, and inputs/decisions required to proceed. Build strong relationships across Innovation and partner teams; operate effectively in ambiguity and drive work to closure. Other duties as assigned. We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, program operations, reporting, or adjacent roles (or equivalent capability). Proficiency with data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) and comfort working with datasets and metrics logic. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and deliverables. Demonstrated operational discipline: planning, follow‑through, attention to detail, and high-quality output standards. Scrum/Agile familiarity required. Experience with software delivery operations (e.g., delivery reporting, milestone tracking, backlog hygiene, release visibility, delivery metrics). Preferred Qualifications: Experience partnering with a BI/analytics team to deliver reporting solutions end‑to‑end. Exposure to automation tooling (e.g., Power Automate) and improving reporting workflows. Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify meaningful insights, and frame implications for non-technical audiences. Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Familiarity with continuous improvement (identifying inefficiencies, standardizing repeatable motions, driving incremental operational improvements).
