What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, program operations, reporting, or adjacent roles, Proficiency with data/reporting tools (e. g. , Power BI), comfort working with datasets and metrics logic, written and verbal communication ability to translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements and deliverables, Demonstrated operational discipline: planning, follow‑through, attention to detail, and high-quality output standards, Scrum/Agile familiarity required
Nice to Have
Experience partnering with a BI/analytics team to deliver reporting solutions end‑to‑end, Exposure to automation tooling (e. g. , Power Automate) and improving reporting workflows, Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify meaningful insights, and frame implications for non-technical audiences, Experience working in a matrixed or enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, Familiarity with continuous improvement (identifying inefficiencies, standardizing repeatable motions, driving incremental operational improvements)
