What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in a related field, Active Secret clearance, Minimum 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years in FMS, FMF, BPC, PKO, or related security cooperation programs, logistics experience, financial management experience, training experience, transportation experience, SC database tools experience, analytical ability, research ability, writing ability, communication ability, project coordination ability, ability to work effectively with DoD, State Department, Combatant Commands, Implementing Agencies, and international partners, Minimum 2 years’ experience working within SCMS, SCIP, DSAMS, or similar SC data systems

Nice to Have

Active Top Secret clearance, Advanced experience in BPC, Advanced experience in Peacekeeping Operations, Advanced experience in Global Train & Equip, Advanced experience in counterterrorism programs, Advanced experience in process improvement, Advanced experience in SharePoint, Advanced experience in databases, Advanced experience in data visualization

What You'll Do.

Support SC program oversight

Congressional Notifications

Country Information Papers

and PKO case information

Produce recurring weekly

and quarterly reports

Maintain compliance with relevant policies

Support development of process improvements and data-management enhancements

and transportation monitoring

and case implementation

Support Program Management Reviews

Security Assistance Management Reviews

Prepare and maintain PKO documentation

SharePoint repositories

Respond to inquiries from DSCA

and internal reporting requirements

Organize and maintain accurate data transfer information

Ensure data quality and timely updates

Coordinate with Implementing Agencies and partner organizations

Support MOR development

and policy interpretation
