If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary **Job Summary** To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Administrator** located at **Guadalajara Campus Sur** Reporting to the **Program Management Manager** , this role will be responsible for providing support in managing key customer accounts, ensuring operational follow-up and effective communication across all aspects of the business relationship. **What a typical day looks like:** * Provide operational follow-up with customers, including sending progress updates, daily status reports, and meeting minutes directly in English. * Coordinate and follow up on actions derived from CFT meetings with functional areas and engineers. * Work closely with Program and Engineering Managers to ensure activities progress according to plan, timelines, and established priorities. * Update and maintain tracking tools such as Gantt charts, Action Trackers, and status reports, following existing formats and templates. * Prepare reports and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Google Workspace tools. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Advanced English (mandatory) for direct customer communication. * Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking. * _Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s_. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive salary. * Life and medical insurance. * Christmas bon
