Must Have
Associate degree or related experience, 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Operations, Customer Service, or Admin role within CFTS, Highly organized with an advanced ability to manage complex schedules, track deliverables, and maintain high-level documentation accuracy, Effective and professional verbal and written English communication skills are necessary for collaborating with cross[1]functional teams and customers, Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office (medium-advanced Excel (e. g. , pivot tables, data analysis). PowerPoint skills to create and format presentations), Attention to detail and able to identify patterns in data and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
Nice to Have
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems such as Oracle is desired, Advanced proficiency in Oracle and Rapid Response (or equivalent ERP) or similar systems is preferred, Demonstrated understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, terms, and technologies (e. g. , printed circuit board assembly (PCBA), component sourcing) to communicate effectively with technical teams is preferred, Solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, or procurement processes is preferred
