The Program Administration Analyst is responsible for the accurate maintenance, validation, and distribution of monthly and quarterly bordereau and carrier reports across multiple insurance programs. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with carrier reporting standards, and timely delivery of information to internal and external partners. You will review, reconcile, and troubleshoot bordereau submissions, maintain reporting schedules, ensure financial accuracy, and support data ingestion into internal systems. This role also plays an active part in advancing automated and scalable bordereau (BDX) processes by helping design, maintain, and improve data workflows, validations, and system integrations that reduce manual effort and enhance consistency across programs. Collaboration with underwriting, accounting, program management, and carrier contacts is essential for resolving data issues and improving reporting processes. ## Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting, including complex queries (joins, aggregations, subqueries) across multiple datasets. Experience managing and validating large, multi-source datasets, ensuring data accuracy, auditability, and reliable, repeatable reporting processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation, analysis, and presentation (e.g., formulas, lookups, pivot tables), with an emphasis on using SQL or automated
