Are you interested in building a new, emerging business which caters to the booming ecommerce market in India and worldwide? At Amazon Shipping, we are creating the future of B2C shipping in India. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program and Account Manager to join the Amazon Shipping team. This role will be responsible for driving program initiatives to launch and grow physical retail stores via 3P partners. Key job responsibilities - Analyze market landscape to identify trends and customer preferences with competition benchmarking, and develop targeted SMB acquisition strategies for retail touchpoints - Own end-to-end program management for store launches, manage budgets, and drive revenue targets - Lead cross-functional coordination with legal, marketing, product, and operations teams - Establish operational processes, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional shipper experience through retail channel - Drive actionable insights from data to achieve volume goals and enhance shipper & customer experience.
