What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Engineering or Science, Knowledge of control software and test automation, Knowledge of electrical testing for integrated circuits and/or MEMS, analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, Functional proficiency in English, spoken and written
Nice to Have
Experience with MEMS processes or semiconductor manufacturing, Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Minimum of 3 years of industrial experience
What You'll Do.
Electrically characterize integrated circuits and MEMS products
and qualify electrical and optical tests
and qualify MEMS test equipment in collaboration with the test team
Participate in the design of new dedicated test systems
Monitor test equipment in production and analyze problematic production lots
Propose and implement process improvements and new test methodologies
Initiate corrective actions related to electrical or process issues
Generate and maintain documentation required for production release
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
Improve test equipment performance
