Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, 3–7 years of experience in optical, healthcare, medical device, eye clinic or related industries, Experience in customer-facing roles such as training, sales support, or clinical/technical support, presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way, Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow as a trainer, Business-level proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Ability to communicate in English in a business environment, Willingness to travel frequently
Nice to Have
Experience as an optician or in optical dispensing, Experience in delivering training sessions, seminars, or workshops, Experience in healthcare/pharma/medical device education or customer training

Deliver product and clinical training sessions
