What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, 3–7 years of experience in optical, healthcare, medical device, eye clinic or related industries, Experience in customer-facing roles such as training, sales support, or clinical/technical support, presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way, Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences, Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow as a trainer, Business-level proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Ability to communicate in English in a business environment, Willingness to travel frequently

Nice to Have

Experience as an optician or in optical dispensing, Experience in delivering training sessions, seminars, or workshops, Experience in healthcare/pharma/medical device education or customer training

Deliver product and clinical training sessions

Adapt training delivery based on audience needs

Build engagement in training sessions

Represent the brand through training

Engage with the field to understand needs

Gather real-time feedback

Translate field insights into improvements

Deliver and support digital training sessions

Introduce new training methods

Leverage digital tools to enhance learning

Continuously improve training effectiveness

Identify opportunities to enhance training impact

Support measurement of training effectiveness

Collaborate with Sales

Ensure consistency of key product messages

Support internal communication by sharing learnings
