3+ years experience in multi-vendor IT infrastructure, 3+ years network routing experience, 3+ years in Firewalls & Proxy Services, 3+ years in Secure Web Gateway, 3+ years in CASB, 3+ years in DLP, 3+ years in RBI, 3+ years in Identity & Privilege Management Integration, 3+ years in Intrusion Prevention Systems, 3+ years in Networking Packet Analysis, 3+ years in Web Browser Diagnostics, 3+ years customer-facing role experience, Experience deploying IT infrastructure services securely, Experience managing network infrastructure with public cloud providers, Excellent customer interaction skills, Excellent presentation skills, Ability to influence and persuade, Excellent troubleshooting skills, Excellent problem-solving skills, Must be very well organized, Must communicate effectively with internal teams, Must communicate effectively with external clients

As a Cato Professional Services Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor focused on our most strategic customers where you will guide them through the everboarding lifecycle of their Cato SASE implementation. You will provide assigned customer(s) with technical guidance and direction on the operations and optimization of their Cato SASE implementation following Cato best practices to ensure it is optimally performing and providing maximum business value for their investment. You will also facilitate awareness of new feature enhancements and collaborate with your Customer Success peers to drive new product adoption.
