Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead FP&A project kickoff sessions, defining scope, success criteria, delivery approach, and stakeholder alignment for successful implementations. Guide customers through system setup, including navigation, user access, security configuration, and solution adoption. Design and configure budgeting and forecasting models aligned with client financial planning processes. Validate financial outputs against ERP source systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity. Support customers in building executive-ready financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Translate financial and accounting requirements into system configurations and functional designs. Validate workflows, planning logic, and budgeting structures in collaboration with client stakeholders. Advise clients on data governance, planning best practices, and optimization of FP&A processes. Manage project delivery timelines, ensuring milestones are met while proactively identifying risks and potential delays. Support project closure activities, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and customer readiness for handover. Requirements: 3–7+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Accounting, Financial Systems Consulting, or ERP/EPM implementations. Strong understanding of core financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Trial Balance) and budgeting/forecasting processes. Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing consulting or implementation projects. Ability to translate financial concepts into system configurations and structured data models. Experience working with ERP or EPM systems such as Epicor Kinetic or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
