You will be part of our professional services team, and you’ll be dedicated to the success of customers’ experience strategies and their implementations. With your team members you will ensure that customers successfully implement Quadient solutions. * Implementation of CXM software solutions * Installation and configuration of Quadient applications * Analysis of requirements and solution design * Implementation tasks spanning from GUI configuration to light weight programming * Technical project leadership ## Qualifications * English and German (minimum B2) both written and spoken. * Good grasp of IT technologies, the ability to quickly find missing information / knowledge. * Ability to write short scripts in any language (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy, Shell, Ansible). * The desire to learn new things and solve problems. * Analytical thinking. * Willingness to travel might be required, but traveling is not guaranteed. Knowledge gaps can be filled.
