Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Design realistic scenarios in Telugu or English reflecting Indian professional services contexts, including audits, legal documentation, IT operations, consulting workflows, and project delivery processes. Adapt structured evaluation frameworks to assess analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, compliance adherence, and professional decision-making. Review AI-generated and human-created outputs for factual correctness, industry alignment, technical quality, and operational realism. Contribute to the development of “gold standard” reference solutions aligned with best practices in consulting, finance, legal, and technology domains. Ensure all scenarios accurately reflect enterprise workflows, regulatory standards, and stakeholder communication practices in Indian business environments. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Telugu with strong professional proficiency in English. Minimum 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, technology, legal, accounting, auditing, or project management roles. Background in areas such as IT systems management, software development, legal practice, accounting & auditing, enterprise consulting, or digital transformation. Strong understanding of professional workflows, compliance requirements, technical systems, and project delivery methodologies. Ability to translate real-world professional experience into structured, analytical, and evaluative content. Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to assess complex professional outputs objectively.
