4+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Forex Sales, or related financial services roles, understanding of international trade products, foreign exchange markets, and risk management, Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management, Ability to understand client business needs and provide tailored financial solutions, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, Good knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to trade and forex, Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction, Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively, Analytical thinking with awareness of market trends and currency dynamics, High level of ownership, accountability, and execution capability

Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking and financial products
Build relationships with SME

Monitor market trends
and global trade developments to advise clients effectively
Ensure timely execution of transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines
