What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction, Industrial or commercial construction project management experience, Proven track record of acting decisively and managing time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Experience developing Risk Registers and implementing risk mitigation strategies, financial acumen including experience with cost reporting, invoice management, and project closeout procedures

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP, Experience working on projects within manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical environments, Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced construction technologies
