What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction, Industrial or commercial construction project management experience, Proven track record of acting decisively and managing time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, Experience developing Risk Registers and implementing risk mitigation strategies, financial acumen including experience with cost reporting, invoice management, and project closeout procedures
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or LEED AP, Experience working on projects within manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical environments, Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other advanced construction technologies
What You'll Do.
Oversee entire project flow from implementation through close out and handover

Organize and chair project meetings
distribute minutes and follow-up action items
and coordinate development activities
Travel to job sites as needed to ensure project performance criteria are being met (up to 80% travel within the region)
Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules
and create Critical Path schedules to ensure timely completion
Develop project budgets
monitor construction costs
create cost-saving opportunities
and track financials as liaison between client
develop Risk Registers
and use best practices to eliminate scope creep
Champion safety by ensuring JLL guidelines are followed and projects comply with Health
and Environmental requirements
